Diary of Chris Minko
Australian citizen Chris Minko organized and helped form the Cambodian paralympic team.
Players relax after a fine meal of goulash at the gulag.
The competition venue is located in the town of Puchov,
a town of 15,000 with its architecture being an ill fitting match
of medieval houses and grey Stalinist housing blocks of 15 floors
and upwards.
Downtown consists of a few shops that have a limited supply of goods and patrons.
Lots of fog, rain, and daily temperatures of around 15 degrees which, oddly the Khmers all seemed to enjoy. |
