Vo Thi Chi and her
Thieu Thi Tao, |
Quan was captured after a battle in the suburbs
of Saigon in 1968. Her arm was severly wounded and amputated after
intense physical interogation. Both her and her mother were sent
to the tiger cages in Con Doa island.
Thieu Thi Tao and her sister were captured on the streets of Saigon after an unsuccesful attempt to bomb police headquarters. Both were sent to the tiger cages3 at Con Dao. Toa was 17 and her sister Tan (Dany) was 15. |
